Terms and Conditions for 1000 Spanish Words

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1000 Spanish Words mobile application (the "App") operated by bbmaxwell dev, llc ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is a Spanish vocabulary learning tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account with others

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

2.1 Payment
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms.

2.2 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

2.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's app store settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including word lists, design, and code, is owned by bbmaxwell dev, llc and protected by copyright.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in Spanish fluency.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbmaxwell dev, llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
